Flat roofs require more attention than any other roof design! We recommend flat roofs be inspected at least twice a year. Parapet areas, chimneys, ductwork, cooling equipment and scuppers need to be free from debris. Proper drainage is essential for flat roofs. Cable TV wires, satellite dish equipment and other phone cables can cause a leak. These items should be checked semiannually. The good news? A properly maintained flat roof is not that expensive!
